Dr. Judge earned a doctorate in Psychology/Neuroscience from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Judge completed his specialized postdoctoral clinical training at York University

Dr. Judge is board certified in the use of the AMA Guides for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 4th edition [American Board of Forensic Professionals (ABFP)].
Dr. Judge has 25 years experience conducting Independent Medical-Legal Evaluations for the purposes of Disability Evaluation.
